How much will shipping cost? 

Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

Flat $15 shipping for standard Australian orders.

In some cases standard shipping will cost more dependent on the size of your item/order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Depending on if the order is being shipped within Australia or Internationally these time frames can change. Australia delivery times should be within 7 working days from dispatch of your order (depending on your location).

If you are an International customer we always allow 10-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. This is in case your parcel is held up in customs.

International orders - Customs and duties 

All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Ahoy Trader is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments & cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, as this is an illegal practice. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Ahoy Trader will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order online using the tracking number we provide you. This number will be sent with the email notification you receive when your order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped it is your responsibility to track your order, failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your Parcel.

What happens if my parcel arrives broken or faulty? 

Any deliveries received damaged / faulty must be reported to us within 24hrs of receipt of your parcel. This is due to strict insurance policies within our courier & suppliers T&C's, meaning we have a short window period to report this on to them.
Please send a image depicting the damage / fault with your name, order number and contact number through to the email address provided on your packing slip.
Once your email has been reviewed we will contact you and when possible arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, if a replacement piece is not available we will seek an alternative resolution.
When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended you acknowledge that Ahoy Trader and their Representatives will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority.
